"The Rose Roof"

“The Rose Roof”, this is a small painting, 6″ x 8″, oil on canvas panel. This painting has SOLD.

This painting was started last year. I could never find the light I wanted to be able to finish it. This day I went up there as fog started lazily drifting in and I was able to combine my earlier vision with today’s reality (obviously the roses were from the earlier attempt). It always feels good to finish a painting even after time has past…
