I WORK EN PLEIN AIR, OUT IN THE COUNTRYSIDE… Welcome. I am back to painting again after a sabbatical that included a few pieces done for charitable fund raisers. I am continuing to make small, 6" x 8", landscape oils, but not every day. I am also working on larger pieces. Every time I finish a painting, I will place it here on my website. I was invited here for a short interview on Plum TV’s Morning show for this Friday. The if was, would I hang outside the Coast Guard Boat house and do a painting in today’s 30 degree weather and breeze, while they stayed warm inside interviewing their other guests. I think I did a good job for my part ! My down jacket and vest certainly helped… Just wish I watched TV so I could see the whole production…

Normally, I could not stand where I did and paint this scene. However, full moon tides give more space between highs and lows and allowed this view to be captured…
